“The employees there are GREAT!!! I was attentively assisted by the upfront employee and supervisor. Once they helped me find what I needed, Shannon (another employee) showed me and my kids the reptiles. Thank you all so much for the help!!”

“My Zuzu is very particular when it comes to grooming, and I am very happy to report that she had a wonderful first visit at Treats Unleashed! Meg was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and I really appreciated the time she took to get to know my baby. It wasn't a rushed process, and she looks absolutely stunning! I will absolutely return.”

“The most knowledgeable employees work at Pet People aka Hollywood Feed. Shane is my go to guy, he behaves as an owner would. He is a wealth of knowledge! I always seek nutrition advice for my dogs from him. He never steers me wrong. I’ve been shopping at the Prairie Village, Kansas location for years and have continued because of him. Recently, when Shane isn’t there or helping someone else, Dana has helped me and is also extremely knowledgeable and personable. We will be moving out of state soon and I’m hoping to find employees like them at the next store, they’re a hard act to follow.”

“Took our pup in for his first grooming experience & both the ladies we met were so kind. It was a spur of the moment, and she texted right away to let us know she’d take him! It was such short notice on my part, but she was so accommodating. Bonus; it didn’t take long either, and our boy is finally free with his new summer look! We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, we just didn’t want it too short. She did a great job: He looks so cute!”

“I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”

“I ordered a cake for my dogs from Three Dog Bakery in Lee’s Summit and was really happy with the whole experience. The staff at pickup were friendly and welcoming, and the cake itself was a hit — my dogs absolutely loved it. The quality and presentation were great, and it felt good knowing it was made with them in mind. The only thing I’d recommend is having a quick follow-up email or call to let customers know when their order is ready, which would make the process even smoother. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back for future treats.”

They also have cat & dog food available for free for those who r in need as well as supplies like bowls, leashes, collars, cages even s.times.Great resource if u have pets!!”

“I have been using their collars since 2005!! Love the collars so much.♥️ Some do not like to get so close to bully breeds. Luckily, only once did someone call. Annie jumped out of the vehicle at Costco. We got the call immediately and got our baby from the person who called. Those tiny tiny tiny tags are unreadable because of the size. If you know anything about dogs, last thing you do is put your face near a dog you do not know!”

“I originally heard about Champ Works because they carry Mathis Meat, and I was really intrigued after learning Mathis Meat works directly with multiple zoos for raw feeding. As someone who’s a huge animal lover, that really stood out to me. Since then, I’ve been getting my raw blends here regularly and have had a great experience.”

“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”

“We are so happy we found puppy’s playpen for grooming! We have tried a couple places and this spot did the best with the teddy bear haircut. Our groomer was Jessica and she was INCREDIBLE! She groomed our goldendoodle exactly how we wanted it and love how fluffy he was after grooming. We asked for 1/2 inch all around and rounded face with short rounded ears! I love that they have options for grooming during the weekends because it is the only time we can drop our dog off ? If you are looking for a groomer this is the spot to go! Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job☺️”

“Bri is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever had, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else. I have two very different dogs—a White German Shepherd with a very high-maintenance coat and a long-haired Dachshund who can be nervous about grooming. Neither of them loves every part of the grooming process, so they both need someone with a lot of patience, kindness, and understanding. Bri has all of those qualities and more. The biggest compliment I can give is this: my dogs absolutely adore her. The second we pull up, they drag me to the door because they’re so excited to see her. They greet her like she’s family and happily go back with her without hesitation. As a dog trainer, I know that kind of enthusiasm can’t be faked—it comes from consistently being treated with patience, respect, and genuine care. My Shepherd always comes home with the most gorgeous, bright white coat, and anyone with a white Shepherd knows how much work goes into keeping them looking that clean. My Dachshund always looks absolutely beautiful, too, and I know Bri takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable throughout the process. Bri is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She treats both me and my dogs with so much care, and it shows every single visit. I truly can’t recommend her enough, and we won’t be going anywhere else.”

“The place is very clean and all the girls are so welcoming and love on my dog. Except the blond in glasses. She needs a different line of work. She is not kind, caring nor was she real friendly. The two girls that work on Sundays are awesome and make our time there fun and relaxing”
