“Took our pup in for his first grooming experience & both the ladies we met were so kind. It was a spur of the moment, and she texted right away to let us know she’d take him! It was such short notice on my part, but she was so accommodating. Bonus; it didn’t take long either, and our boy is finally free with his new summer look! “I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”

“I ordered a cake for my dogs from Three Dog Bakery in Lee’s Summit and was really happy with the whole experience. The staff at pickup were friendly and welcoming, and the cake itself was a hit — my dogs absolutely loved it. The quality and presentation were great, and it felt good knowing it was made with them in mind. The only thing I’d recommend is having a quick follow-up email or call to let customers know when their order is ready, which would make the process even smoother. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back for future treats.”

They are fast & friendly w a very effective way of processing their appointments w an easy to use website to schedule your appointment easily & they send out reminders every year when your pet is due for shots. “I have been using their collars since 2005!! Love the collars so much.♥️ Some do not like to get so close to bully breeds. Luckily, only once did someone call. Annie jumped out of the vehicle at Costco. We got the call immediately and got our baby from the person who called. Those tiny tiny tiny tags are unreadable because of the size. If you know anything about dogs, last thing you do is put your face near a dog you do not know!”

Purchase a Cuban link and a collar for him as well, and it was almost $100 bucks for just those two items. Overall, Great place, just the collars are a little on the pricey side.”

“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”

“We are so happy we found puppy’s playpen for grooming! We have tried a couple places and this spot did the best with the teddy bear haircut. Our groomer was Jessica and she was INCREDIBLE! She groomed our goldendoodle exactly how we wanted it and love how fluffy he was after grooming.
We asked for 1/2 inch all around and rounded face with short rounded ears!
I love that they have options for grooming during the weekends because it is the only time we can drop our dog off ?
If you are looking for a groomer this is the spot to go! Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job☺️”
“I absolutely adore this store! The mother & son duo who took over ownership in the past few months are absolutely amazing, friendly, personable, and just all around great people - they're even on a first-name basis with my two dogs. They have a great selection of treats and stand by their products. My dogs are huge fans of their Rocco Meatlovers dog treats; they might be my picky goldendoodles’ all-time favorite. The store is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with a great selection.
We can't visit the vet next door without stopping in; my dogs demand it.
If you haven't checked them out since ownership changed, you should absolutely pop in for a quick look - it's night and day compared to the old owners!”

“There is a GREAT selection of food and pet supplies here. Recently, I came in to look for a teether for my male kitten. His sister doesn't seem to try to chew on my nose or fingers, but he does when he wants something. He loves his new teether and uses it when he's cuddling on my bed. They both get very high quality wet food and very high quality dry kibble made for kittens and I do go check on their bowls when my boy kitten decides to use me as a chew toy. I'm very gentle with him and will remove my hands from petting him and will place him on the floor gently and he gets the picture and starts licking me instead. (Usually I don't go check on his bowl right after that. Not right away so as to discourage this behavior and not reward it.) And most of the time it's because his bowl has a tiny bit of kibble at the bottom of his bowl and wants me to put more in it for him. He's a silly boy! Hehe. He's getting so long and muscular compared to his sister too. Also, I want to make sure that people are aware that kittens this young can and do need to chew on things because they do this in the wild naturally when they're not domestic pets. Never tell a customer that you've never had this issue with your own kittens before. Your experience doesn't mean that it's the only experience that matters. It isn't. Just stay kind. I DID find a teething ring with catnip in the cat toy Isle by the way when an older employee told me that they don't have teething toys for kittens. She treated me like that was unheard of. If you feel guilty for doing that, it's ok to feel guilt?. Guilt is a helpful emotion that helps you to be kinder to someone else when or if they come in and ask for the kind of help I asked for. I think you can learn to be kinder to the next person. ? I came in with a gentle and kind request for the care of my kitten and his teething needs. I hope you choose kindness next time someone comes in with the same kind of gentle love and care someone has for their own kitten.”
