“Previously before coming to this auto repair shop, I went to two others, and they could not get my oil gauge to read, which turned into another problem later of me putting too much oil in the car. My car does not have a dipstick as it’s only digital. Frustrated with getting my car back, they still didn’t have my oil Gauge fixed to where I could read how much oil is in my car. So I was referred to Telle and it took them only about three total minutes to not only figure out the issue, but actually they took time out to show me how it needs to be reset and he taught me to do that. I loved the honesty and this is now my go to mechanic.Thank you Danny Cable for your knowledge and service! Well done!

“Telle Tire & Auto Centers are well known in the St. Louis area, but are a newcomer to the Kansas City area. I used to get my auto work done at KC Complete, but Telle bought them out a while ago. At first I wasn't sure how the new company would be, but I have since had my car at Telle several times and each time they do fantastic work.
I took my car to the Raytown location for the first time since it opened, as it is the nearest to my home, and just like my experience at the other locations, they were fast, friendly and got me out the door feeling good about the service I received. The previous auto shop at this location was terrible, but thankfully they are no more. Telle has an excellent reputation in the STL area for a reason, they do fantastic work, and they are bringing that hard earned reputation to the KC area and we are better off for it.”

“Can’t say enough great things about this store/employees! We had a tire blow on our camper with 8 hours ahead of us before we were home. The old tire wrapped itself around the axel and became lodge. We limped along on our spare to this store and they had the tire we needed. It was almost closing time but Max and Abraham stayed and assisted us. My husband pounded and Max pulled and it finally came off. He then used his speed tools and torque wrench to make sure we were ready for the road. They even gave us a couple bottled waters! We were so thankful and grateful for their kindness and help!”

“I rolled into Fry's late Friday afternoon bc my engine light was on and my car was having a hard time starting - I was panicking bc I was leaving for a road trip at the crack of dawn the next day. The two guys were spread thin, but said they would at least check to see if it was the battery. They were so nice, professional and helpful. They replaced my battery and my engine light went off, car started perfectly and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They could have easily blown me off saying I needed an appointment, it's the end of the day, blah, blah, but they were so willing to try and help. I am very impressed. I WILL be back! “I would like to thank the gentleman of Halls Repair. When you take your car to certain auto shops for oil changes, I won't say any names. They seem to give you a list of problems that you need to fix on your car. Two times I've received this repair list. I didn't trust that they were honest with the work that they said my car needed because I take good car of my car. I have taken my car to Halls Repair several times so i'm familiar with their work and I have found them to be an honest shop. Which is something that I can not say about the shop I took my car to get the oil change. I took my car to Halls and they checked out everything that the other shop said I needed and everything was fine with my car I just needed a front end ailment. Which is to be expected because of the way kcmo take care of there streets repavement. I'm so glad that there is still a repair shop that I can trust. And I have found Halls Repair is trustworthy.
