“750 miles from home the transmission went out in my truck. I was given the name of Certified Transmission in Grandview. I was treated with the utmost respect, given details about what would take place if the transmission had to be replaced. I already knew it was gone and most likely could not be revived. That was confirmed with a phone. Two days later, I picked my truck up with a new transmission, and explanation of what to expect. I met and was given the name and number of the office personnel, if I had any problems. (Which, I have had none.)
