“This is the 1st. review I have ever written as I have never felt impressed enough with anyone's service to do one.Amanda, Jeremy and Chase at Laurie Marine are all #1 in customer service!I scheduled with them do the 100 hr on our pontoon outboard and they accommodated, (what had become for me), an extremely hectic personel schedule. I then took my bass boat there as the motor was having some starting issues. They got it up and running as well as serviced at a very fair price.I discovered the bass boat shutoff switch was not working (a breakdown they had nothing to do with) I thought I would save some $cash$ and replaced it myself. THAT was a mistake, for me at least, as the motor would not start, after a 1 1/2 hr drive to Truman, I took it back to Laurie Marine and they quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the cutoff switch and got me back on the water in record time.If you are looking for a shop with great people who know their business then Laurie Marine is the place!”
