She was busy rearranging racks of clothes but stopped what she was doing multiple times to help me find what I need as well as helped me with multiple trips to the fitting room. I interrupted her working at least 5 times and she was super helpful and never felt once that I was bothering her. Customer service like this is extremely rare. She's a keeper!!!”

“Sales was helpful getting us set up as members to save the most money. We were initially under the impression it was buy one get one half off. No that was only socks or with coupon. We ended up paying more than we expected for an outlet, but otherwise it was a good shoe store. They had clearance section and kids to adults sizes. We ended up finding a pair that each of my four kids could wear and would like. Expect to pay $50+ for every pair of shoes. Even Keds were 34$. Pretty pricey, but the store was clean and the product was sorted well and easy to find.”

“Love lids. So many times when I go here there are a bunch of hats I want to buy but I have to limit myself to one or two. I bought a Royals hat at this location. My one critique of lids is the lack of fitted hats. I know snap backs with a tag still on them is a thing now, but its not a thing for me. I prefer a hat where my hair doesn't shoot out the back and doesn't have stickers on it.”
“Some of the best customer service. I ordered a set of wakeboard bindings that ended up being out of stock. I called today to find out when I could expect them to ship. I was told that my bindings were out of stock and they were trying to find another dealer. Got a call back within a couple of hours saying they found a set in another state that they were having sent to me. The guys at wake effects did not have to go out of their way for me but they did. Highly recommend this place to everyone”
