“After almost a year of my husband and I going to Dave’s for car repairs, I can say it’s the best mechanic shop we’ve had! Curtis and his team provide honest and quality service with excellent customer service. As a young woman, I’m comfortable waiting for my car there while it’s serviced and I don’t ever feel over charged or taken advantage of. Curtis was willing to check my check engine light at no additional cost and explained how it was an easy fix that I could do myself. Then I could bring my car back over and he’d turn off the check engine light for me. I really appreciated that.”

“Previously before coming to this auto repair shop, I went to two others, and they could not get my oil gauge to read, which turned into another problem later of me putting too much oil in the car. My car does not have a dipstick as it’s only digital. Frustrated with getting my car back, they still didn’t have my oil Gauge fixed to where I could read how much oil is in my car. So I was referred to Telle and it took them only about three total minutes to not only figure out the issue, but actually they took time out to show me how it needs to be reset and he taught me to do that. I loved the honesty and this is now my go to mechanic.Thank you Danny Cable for your knowledge and service! Well done!

“Brought in my car a few months ago due to having some overheating issues. They got back to me once they found it was a radiator leak and worked with my warranty company had no issues with that and they got it done quick. Did have a problem with overheating again after picking it up but they asked me to bring it back and got it fixed right away, even checked up the next day after I picked it up to see how it was running. Appreciate them for getting it fixed quick.
Had came back recently due to overheating issues again from a bad thermostat and it was covered through warranty from the previous repair which was great also had a suspension problem aswell they got back to me and explained what it was and had it replaced and done very quick. Overall great experience both times and awesome customer service they’re easy to talk to and very trustworthy they explain everything to you before getting the work done. They do great work will be coming back if I ever need another repair again.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Derek’s Automotive Service. I had to have my alternator replaced after 6 months of having the same repair. Austin helped track down the part that we purchased previously through O’Reilly’s (had repaired at a different shop) and was able to get a replacement alternator through the warranty- costing us nothing for parts! ?
Labor was very reasonable and the service was unmatched. So glad to have found a reputable shop!”

“I've been an automotive technician for 6 years and my grandfather was a diesel technician for 40. Growing up my grandfather wouldn't take his cars anywhere else for exhaust work. Finding a good automotive shop that does good work AND for a good price is few and far between. This is why we ALWAYS bring any of our personal vehicles to diamond muffler for exhaust work. They are quick and cheap while not sacrificing quality of work. Billy and Chris are very communicative and get right to the solution to your problem and are very open and honest about pricing.”
“Telle Tire & Auto Centers are well known in the St. Louis area, but are a newcomer to the Kansas City area. I used to get my auto work done at KC Complete, but Telle bought them out a while ago. At first I wasn't sure how the new company would be, but I have since had my car at Telle several times and each time they do fantastic work.
I took my car to the Raytown location for the first time since it opened, as it is the nearest to my home, and just like my experience at the other locations, they were fast, friendly and got me out the door feeling good about the service I received. The previous auto shop at this location was terrible, but thankfully they are no more. Telle has an excellent reputation in the STL area for a reason, they do fantastic work, and they are bringing that hard earned reputation to the KC area and we are better off for it.”

I was told I would be contacted if the car needed alignment. It didn’t and I felt they were honest and not just out to make extra money. The employees were helpful and friendly!”
