“Went on to get a phone for my kiddo. And wasn’t able to find the one he was wanting. Ivy and Trinity hooked me up with one and got my kiddo set up on my old phone. These ladies did a great job today. I am very pleased with my phone. I recommend this store against all others.”
“I love this walgreens. Checking out in pharmacy went fast and everyone was really nice. Front of employees helped me find everything i needed. I really think with everything going on with covid it is really important to have understanding that customer service wont meet everyone's exacting standards. I understand that and go the flow. Seeing how my fellow customers were treating the cashiers they should maybe attending preschool rather than picking up their stuff. SMH”

“We give T-Mobile and Micaela a 10 in Harrisonville Mo. I am so thankful she was knowledgeable, kind, and in and out in 10 minutes. I am definitely not tech savvy and sometimes do those “are you kidding me!!! Rewind, rewind! Well crap! ?♀️” bonehead moves at times. That’s what I did when I accidentally cleared my today phone and SIM card trying to give my old phone to one who needed one.
I was literally holding the wrong phone!!!! So in a panic ? I had to visit T-Mobile and I am so thankful to find Micaela!!!! She is an A+ 10 out of 5.”
