When I filled out the survey I hit 1 for very dissatisfied which was the opposite. Once you choose a number, it won’t let you change it. She deserved 5 stars and very satisfied.”

“After over two months of dealing with a phone that has no longer work the correct way happen to have Verizon send me another phone. Going to for corporate stores in Kansas and Missouri. I drove back to Harrisonville Missouri to Russell cellular to ask if you questions and hopefully find some help. The manager was more than accommodating multiple times to me and after happen to show up again because I still couldn’t get something to work right Brittany was beyond helpful. I sat there for over two hours. She help me with multiple things on the phone and was able to do things that for different corporate stores told me was not available and could not be done. I can’t express the thankfulness that I have towards Brittany right now as a hospice nurse it is very important for me to have all of the apps and things that I need on my phone to work and function every day at work. All it takes is a little time and effort to help the customers and that’s exactly what she did.”

I am definitely not tech savvy and sometimes do those “are you kidding me!!! Rewind, rewind! Well crap! ?‍♀️” bonehead moves at times. That’s what I did when I accidentally cleared my today phone and SIM card trying to give my old phone to one who needed one.
I was literally holding the wrong phone!!!! So in a panic ? I had to visit T-Mobile and I am so thankful to find Micaela!!!! She is an A+ 10 out of 5.”
