“Chris was extremely helpful with figuring out unlocking my account after security concerns led me to want to find a corporate store and verify my account and identity in person rather than online or through another 'authorized' retailer.
Overall I believe they went above and beyond in assisting me to regain control of my account, and by effect the rest of my accounts that have used my phone number as my multi-factor authentication method.

Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. She did not get this same level of help from a different cricket store in Kansas where she lives, so we came here. I really wish I would’ve gotten his name, but I hope somebody from management sees this and rewards this man.”
