“My first experience with Bommarito Toyota’s service department made me a customer for life. I had just come from a competitor located 16 miles west, where I left feeling discouraged and frustrated. The experience at Bommarito Toyota was completely different it was truly exceptional.
Service Advisor Jay greeted me promptly and asked how he could assist. I explained that I had a few light scratches on my vehicle that concerned me and asked if he could take a look. After assessing the situation, Jay called Body Shop Manager Chip over to provide his professional opinion. Together, they carefully evaluated the issue, explained their recommendations, and outlined options for correcting it.
Although the matter extended beyond the scope of what they directly handled, they took the time to provide thoughtful guidance and a clear solution. That level of customer care left a lasting impression on me.
While I did not originally purchase my vehicle from Bommarito Toyota, this experience has changed my default dealership to them. I am more than willing to drive the additional distance for the professionalism and service they demonstrated.”

“Little known spot for salvage parts . They have locations to pull from across the country . Muscle car body parts can be found there through Goodmark , there is also keystone aftermarket parts . If they don't have the part you need in stock . They can usually pull the part from one of many locations .Local delivery to shops . Check them out . And don't forget they have a heavy truck op as well .”
