“I mean, World Market is already a fun place to shop, but I had such a great experience there yesterday! I went in to pick up some snacks for a special occasion, with only a vague idea of what I was looking for—and that's where Glen came in.
Glen was honestly the best! He took me on a full tour of the candy and snack sections, helping me narrow down what would work for my needs, and he went *above and beyond* by sharing the stories and histories behind different items. I'm exactly the right person for that, as I'm really passionate about world history and travel, so it made the experience more enjoyable.
On top of that, he showed me some practical tips—like how easy and quick it is to look up product information on the website while shopping. It seems obvious in hindsight, but I genuinely hadn't realized how useful it could be in the moment.
All in all, I had a fantastic experience! I can honestly say it was the most fun I've ever had shopping for food.

“I needed a new office 'task' chair because the previous chair was an 'executive' style which left me in too steep a recline. My back was uncomfortable and my work was suffering. I have known Larry Singer for some time and made an appointment to see him for his suggestions. He demonstrated several types but recommended one in particular which would support my lower back while not interfering with my desktop work. I picked up the chair and brought it home, assembled it (very easy) and sat down. Made a few adjustments for height and armrests, and the chair is the one I should have had all along. You will find Larry and his wife very knowledgable and their selection is top notch.”

“Garret and Olivia were amazing in helping my wife and I pick out our sactional. We were probably a more demanding customer with tons of questions but Garret was really patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
The sactional we got was everything we wanted. We actually already got some upgrades (additional panels etc). Putting together was fairly straightforward but took a little bit of time. Would recommend doing it with another person and watching the lovsac videos.
Shipping time can take a while which is my only knock on the experience but the packaging and quality makes up for that.
Go to Brentwood and have these folks help you find what you're looking for.”
“If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. “My salesman Jade was excellent. He was very patient with me. He made excellent suggestions and went so far as to move furniture items to special locations in the store. This allowed me to get a feel for how the pieces would work in my home. Superb customer service.Also the excellent service continued with Tray in customer pickup. Tray wrapped my vases, assembled my chair, wrapped my chair and placed all items securely in my car. As a senior citizen shopper I truly appreciated this level of service.”

“I have been eyeing and researching the Herman Miller Embody chair for many months; with many online options and the high price tag, I felt uncomfortable taking my chances online. However, it’s not the chair you can pick up at your local Office Depot. Centro Modern Furnishings is one of the few local locations that carry Herman Miller chairs, so I decided to stop by and try it out. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from Ginny, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable, walked me through all the Embody options, and gave me a great tutorial on the chair. I'm very happy with my customized chair and the experience. My special order arrived ahead of schedule, they quality checked it and assisted me with loading it into my vehicle. I highly recommend Centro Modern Furnishings for anyone considering a new Herman Miller office chair. Way better experience than ordering online, great price too! “A delightful store with great employees! Jo helped me find Christmas gifts—the handmade Santas are stunning and priced so reasonably! Plus the surprise nook of clothes was a fun place to shop for some warmer clothes since I brought the wrong kind! The furniture is so comfortable and a great variety in a super fun store to visit! If you like clocks, there are a bunch of them, plus the floral arrangements are vey nicely presented by seasons. I will be back and so should you!! You will enjoy this store and go visit April’s second store next door where the arrangements are made. Have fun in both like I did!!!”
