“Most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store I have ever experienced. Shop there all the time and have been doing so for years. I can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Contrast that to big box stores where you can get your daily walking requirement in before you find what you need or before you can talk to an employee. And most big box employees are not very knowledgeable.”
“What a great store! I needed help with a previously purchased orbital sander and an employee, Renalto, didn't hesitate to help me figure out how to operate the sander, turn it on and the correct sized sanding discs. I hope his manager recognizes him in an all store meeting. Thank you!”
“Purchased a Weber Slate griddle over Father's Day, 2026. Fantastic experience! I had a special-order natural gas griddle. They assembled it, delivered it, and hauled off my old grill. When I called them with questions, I talked to an actual person! Not 1/2 dozen voice prompts! That person then gives me accurate information! So nice. Top-notch customer care and a competitive price. If you're in the market for a new grill, Ace has to be at the top of your list.”

“The employees are very kind and helpful! I was checking out, and I got to chatting with the employee monitoring the self checkout machines. Ended up leaving my bag of paint samples in the checkout because I was so engaged in my conversation with the friendly employee. They put it aside for me at customer service, and I was able to pick up the samples later that evening. Very appreciative to the staff :)”
