The gal was great, I paid pennies more but got everything I needed for the job. I guess that's why professionals use Ferguson. Thankfully after opening the box, I quickly realized it was wrong, and they allowed me to return it and I purchased the door that would work. The first shower door was a foot taller than the surround.”

“This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!”
