Andrew helped me at this location and was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. It was well worth the drive to have a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!”

“This post office has always helped me tape labels and boxes for ebay. They deliver my comics to the door instead of stuffing them in the mailbox . Top Notch service.”
“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“I want to give a Shout Out to a Postal Service employee that went out of her way to help solve a problem of my own making. Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. I'm not sure if she'll ever see this, but I hope her supervisor does, and let's her and her coworkers know that caring like this is noticed and appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I've had a PO box here for several years. There is rarely any waiting at the counter, and the two-person staff always provides great service, often going above & beyond the norm for things like accepting & holding packages that won't fit in a PO box.
The previous reviewers who complained about local mail delivery are misguided, because this small post office does not deliver mail to local addresses; it's all delivered by the larger - and busier - Imperial post office.”

“Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!”
“I love this PO. It is very convenient to my home and the staff is always very friendly. These people (Usually only have 1 person at the counter) work hard. Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.”

“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
