“I never write reviews but really felt I needed to write this one. We have to drive 50 miles to this UPS store to return any thing we order from Amazon. This is probably my 6th trip in 6 months. I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. What a joy to go into this store! Wish every store I shopped was like this. Drew you are the Greatest.”

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!”

“Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. “My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.”

I was very satisfied with the whole experience…from the friendly woman who scheduled my appointment, to Ethan calling to give me a heads up that he was on his way, to the final delivery. By the way, we have a long, sloped driveway that 90% of delivery drivers endlessly complain about, but Ethan did not even mention it…great attitude!”

“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

No issues with anyone working here. Workers are under a lot of pressure in this industry. Here, they seem determine to finish the task quickly and efficiently!
Arrive here close to when they open if in rush or generally like a chill atmosphere.
Usually there is one person at the desk.”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
