“Not My First Choice... But My Husband’s Favorite Playground!
Harbor Freight might not be my ideal shopping trip, but my husband absolutely lives for this place! He could spend hours browsing tools, gadgets, and equipment I’ve never even heard of. And to be fair, it is kind of fun to walk around and see what random things we don’t need but somehow end up buying.
The prices are usually really reasonable, especially for tools and gear you might only need once in a while. The staff is helpful, and the layout is straightforward—even if it sometimes feels like a treasure hunt.
While I might get dragged along, I’ll admit—it’s grown on me. Five stars for great deals, a happy husband, and surprisingly entertaining strolls through the aisles!”
“My husband and I worked with Jason in the window and door department . Even though Home Depot did not have what we needed they referred us to another place that could help us . Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”

Website was clean so ordering the tool was simple. I immediately received confirmation of order. The next day, I received an email that it shipped and email included the tracking information. The tool arrived 1 week from ordering. Nice!!! Packaging was done right - solid box overpack with bubblewrap inside. The tool packaging was prestine and completely sealed by Flex Tool Manufacturing - not opened before... Die Grinder was in perfect shape and works perfectly.
