“They did a fantastic job with my dog, Jasper's, summer cut and were sweet and gentle with Jasper. They followed my instructions for his grooming and did a superb job getting his undercoat thinned out. Jasper is a 15 year old Corgi/Pom mix. I recommend The Clip Joint 10/10.”

“I took my 2 small dogs to be groomed today . Their books didn't show that I had an appointment but they groomed my dogs any way. They did a fantastic job. My dogs Winston and Teddy were very happy when we picked them up and not stressed. It was their first time at Petsmart. Wonderful staff in all departments. I definitely will be back to have them groomed .”

“So easy to setup appointment. Staff is extremely friendly. We are not a monthly customer but each visit we are greeted like friends not just an incoming job. Simba always seems happy -both going into the facility and again when we pick him up. Appointments usually last between 3 and 4 hours. No rushing. Although Simba can be snarky at home the techs always say he is a sweetheart for them. So they must have a special talent. Thank you everyone Appreciate the care Simba gets.”
“The lady at the check out counter made me wait almost 30 minutes before I could get help. She said it's only two people so she chose to help others! I was finally fed up and asked to get someone else to help me. Reluctantly she asked the manager in duty Steven after I asked several times to call someone else for help. Steven was fabulous and went way overboard to help me out, thank you Steven!”

“Employees extremely attentive! Cool freaking fish area with the tanks displayed. It was nice to go in & be able to explore along with shop! They also have buy 9 bags of dog food & then get one free through a membership which is free to sign up, which is a huge deal for us with having 3 fur babes! Also, we do the autoship every few weeks, & it is a reduced price as well as free shipping, right to our door!”
“They appear to have pretty much everything you might need for most pet types, but we are setting up an aquarium for a male Betta, and we'd never recommend buying one here. The water in their little Betta bowls was nasty, and several of the fish on display appeared to be half dead.”
