“Wow. The Clip Joint has become like Family to us! For about 35 years (!) we have trusted numerous pets to the capable staff. Amongst other notables, Kathy and Sandi (sp?) are first-rate. Careful listeners; always aim to please; bows are a thoughtful touch. They allow 4-hour window appointment times...so no need to "leave" our "Kids" there all day! Soft spoken and kind. They are careful. Quick to offer their well-rounded advice, if asked. Innovative service on Tuesday and Friday nights, where CJ offers quick nail and eye "touch-ups". Buster and Bella give the CJ crew Two Toes Up! -Todd & Eileen”

I went in to purchase a125 aquarium for my turtles, Chris and Skylik (I believe was her name) were super helpful helping me get everything I needed. “So easy to setup appointment. Staff is extremely friendly. We are not a monthly customer but each visit we are greeted like friends not just an incoming job. Simba always seems happy -both going into the facility and again when we pick him up. Appointments usually last between 3 and 4 hours. No rushing. Although Simba can be snarky at home the techs always say he is a sweetheart for them. So they must have a special talent. Thank you everyone Appreciate the care Simba gets.”

“They appear to have pretty much everything you might need for most pet types, but we are setting up an aquarium for a male Betta, and we'd never recommend buying one here. The water in their little Betta bowls was nasty, and several of the fish on display appeared to be half dead.”
