“Great experience! My vehicle was towed in with damage from attempted theft they worked the claim and processed through insurance seamlessly. The bodywork was flawless and mechanically everything works great. Will did a great job calling providing regular updates.Tori at front was very nice and helpful as well. They also work with Enterprise if you need to rent a car that allow you leave rental at their location for pick up. That convenience alone was huge perk.”
“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. “If you have body work that needs repaired this is definitely the place to go. The entire drivers side of my 2017 Ram needed replaced and these guys did an absolutely fantastic job. Looks like it had never been damaged. No hidden fees or any of that.
