“Great working with Tanner's! I emailed pictures of the damage and they emailed an estimate. Once they got the vehicle in person, they adjusted the estimate up slightly due to broken parts that they could not see in photos. They communicated efficiently about the repair work and timeline. When I picked the vehicle up, it was all put back together and looks great. The final price was less than the estimate as well. I don't like having to deal with broken vehicles, but when I do, I'm coming back to Tanner's.”

“I went into Caliber Collision for an estimate appointment and was very confused and stressed out about the process of how everything worked because I had taken it to another shop for an estimate and the place told me it was a total loss, I had called Caliber and talked to the OA Shelby who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and walked me through the process of how everything worked after I had called up to the shop to cancel my appointment after reading through the authorization forms because I didn’t want to sign my life away. Shelby let me know that I did not need to complete the forms yet and that those are completed when a customer drops the vehicle off. She also helped me understand how it worked if my vehicle was deemed a total loss and let me know that they are not the ones who say if a vehicle is a total loss or not that it is up to the insurance to say that, and all they do is write up the estimate for the insurance company. She was so sweet and helped ease my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing an estimate for repairs.”

“Denny is amazing! I had a Honda with a broken AC, and he was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. He was even able to determine the mistakes that a prior mechanic had made and was able to make the AC run perfect again. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

They make sure that any updated repairs that need to be done. They called me. They let me know when my car was gonna be ready and if it wasn’t, they called me back to make sure that I know any update. They took real good care of me. They cleaned my car. It was ready when they said it was these guys on point and I thank them. And when I needed help with my grandson’s getting in the car seat, the owner was very nice. He helped me strapping me in getting Man put on the car or the child lock. Thank you. Those are some good people there.”
