“I went into Caliber Collision for an estimate appointment and was very confused and stressed out about the process of how everything worked because I had taken it to another shop for an estimate and the place told me it was a total loss, I had called Caliber and talked to the OA Shelby who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and walked me through the process of how everything worked after I had called up to the shop to cancel my appointment after reading through the authorization forms because I didn’t want to sign my life away. Shelby let me know that I did not need to complete the forms yet and that those are completed when a customer drops the vehicle off. She also helped me understand how it worked if my vehicle was deemed a total loss and let me know that they are not the ones who say if a vehicle is a total loss or not that it is up to the insurance to say that, and all they do is write up the estimate for the insurance company. She was so sweet and helped ease my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing an estimate for repairs.”
“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “I had a car accident last October in my 16 camaro. They was able to repair it like nothing happened. I did have other issues after getting the car back, but they took care of it. Customer service was great. Being in the car industry after a wreck I know not everything is going to go right the first time. So I really appreciate them for addressing the issues after I got the car back from body and paint.”
