A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. It seems simple when you put it in one sentence what we did, but there are so many options and pros/cons to each path that Geof was essentially my Mr. Miagi.Once we decided on everything we only waited about a week for parts to come in, then it was dropped off in the AM and picked up in that same afternoon. “The Franks, Sr. and Jr., we're helpful and on it. Short wait for them to get going since I was a little bit before their opening at 9 am but that was to be expected. Guys loaded the rear end I purchased onto my trailer and I was on my way. They also gave me a 90 day warranty vs the 30 days printed on their receipt and they marked it as such.All in all a smooth transaction.”

“Was referred to these guys by Certified Transmission and what a reference. Called and explained my situation, over the phone the guy patiently explained things and sent me over some forms to complete some measurements to provide them so they could custom make me some parts I needed. They could have easily scheduled me into the shop so they could run the measurements and charge me labor and diagnosis to do so but walked me through it to save me some time and money. Once I got the information over to them, they were prompt to respond with quesitons to be sure they had it all correct, said they would get on the project and call me when they were done. Phone rang the next day, parts were built and ready. I was able to send someone over to pick them up same day and the following day have the new drive shafts installed. The fit perfect, no complications at all. Truly impressive service and that is super hard to find these days. Will certainly use them again when needed and tell everyone I know. Price was more than reasonable and less than other customer shops online charge and I have to believe these guys are providing a better prodcut.”
