I go in on 11/23/25 to drop off a prescription for my son. When I approach the counter, first off I was not greeted. So I had to ask could someone help. The lady did say that the rx had been filled. However no one thought to call. Anywho, if you can choose a different cvs.

Absolutely the worst. Prescriptions take longer than a hour to fill with 7 techs working. No customer service, it’s frustrating and unnecessary. Just get people what they need. Not that hard.
