“I ordered some items that didn't fit and was worried I couldn't return them because I didn't seem to get an email receipt. The store was able to find my order by my phone number and last name and I had no trouble exchanging the items for something that fit. I got a refund for the difference.The hand soap in the bathroom smells kind of like Old Spice. 5 stars.”

“Was going in to purchase a suit. Gentleman by the name of Mark helped me throughout the entire process. If you need clothes tailored there a nice lady next to the mall that will usually her your stuff done within the date you need it within reason.”
“Got myself some outfits that I loved with the help of Shannon. She was amazing. She asks you what you’re looking for and isn’t pushy at all. No matter your style she will help you find it. Got all 3 of my boys clothes as well and she asks them what wash they like before even picking out jeans. If you need new clothes and you wanna shop with someone who will make you or your kids happy, I would ask for Shannon you will definitely leave the store happy.”

“This is the only local AE location, so it's nice it's always nicely maintained and super clean. I do have issues with staff having off putting attitudes, but for working in a dying mall I can't blame them.”
