NAPA care about getting customers the quality auto parts they need as quickly, safely and easily as possible. NAPA provide option of curbside pickup in addition to delivery and in‑store shopping options. With over 6,000 AUTO PARTS stores and 16,000 AutoCare centers NAPA are here to serve the greater Independence area. Customers can order online or stop in for help with car, truck, farm or marine vehicle. The store is orderly and clean and has part on the shelf. Staff are friendly helpful and the only place that stocked or could order the correct part for an application. They called to let customers know when a part is not in stock and order a second one to be sure. Customer service, product knowledge and helpfulness are on par with competitors. Receipt keep for warranty issue.
They had the parts, sent me to the other NAPA store to pick up the other part, still a professional style, only one error, the other NAPA store sold me a thermostat and didn't let me know that there's a gasket was sold separately which means back to the part store

Order process pretty straight forward. Order pick and notification prompt. Online experience was a bit cludgy. Not blaming NAPA..just denial of service, cyber attacks, CMEs.
