I won't take my pets anywhere else because I trust the doctors. Their fees are reasonable as well. I do wish the office would accepy appointments. The wait time can vary from 20 mins to well over an hour so you must plan accordingly.

The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.
This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. It was fun and inviting. The vet was chill and knowledgeable. It seemed like the staff got along and enjoyed eachother and their job. Which is good because the vet can be pretty stressful.

Farview Veterinary Hospital

Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. Vet also made cost saving suggestions in the meantime. It felt like genuine good business practice.

They have given me a lot of assistance over the phone when my cat was throwing up to know whether or not to bring him in. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

Nineteen days before the rehearsal, that restaurant called to say they had to cancel our reservation due to a conflicting event. Cue full panic mode. \n\nWe called several other Italian restaurants for a backup venue. V’s completely stepped up and made sure to remove any barriers for a PERFECT event - which it was! The owners and their staff could not have been more pleasant or more accommodating. Cue lots of fun.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly and will sometimes bring your coffee out to you. I think that's really nice. The structure of the drive through is awkward, tight and slow. Trying to get in and out of the parking lot is very difficult as it's a high traffic area on both sides. My biggest gripe is that the layout of the parking lot is probably the worst of any business in the area. If you want to go in and sit down and enjoy your coffee for a while, I think this is a good location. If you're wanting to grab a quick coffee through either the drive-through or order ahead for pick up, this is probably not an ideal location and you would be better off going somewhere else.

20220 E Jackson Dr, IndependenceNo wait time on a Sunday around 1:00 pm. The food was delicious and the greeter and wait staff were attentive. There was a mistake of not substituting broccoli for the fries but it was quickly resolved.
The only reason for the 4 stars was the place did not appear open from the outside. There were no cars and the building was dark inside so it was easy to drive off thinking they were closed. Only a small open sign. Luckily I tried the door. It was a Chiefs day with a 3:20 game but it is a sports place with multiple tvs. Perhaps playing up a spot with tvs turned up and cheap appetizers would help business.
I did send back my fork before eating as it was not clean. That is no big problem as the place was clean. Clean bathrooms and bussed tables.
