“Sam and all the staff here are wonderful. Always polite and ready to act fast to help out. I am a repeat customer here because of the customer service. The truck I rented was by far the nicest one I have ever driven.”

“The staff was over-the-top!! Helpful and attentive.caring.the place is very well kept and clean. I relly appreciated how well organized the facility is and the ease in which to get around. The hallways are wide and well lit and it's easy to make my way around. I felt very safe coming and going. Again, the staff goes out of their way to make things go smoothly. I'm so grateful.Moving has enough of it own problems.U-Haul in Indepndence helped get through.”

“My motorcycle broke down 550 miles from home. Allen helped me rent a truck before they were even open because he saw me outside. Amazing customer service and good people.”
