“This is a great Fed Ex location. I’ve always received assistance when I’ve needed it (for printing or laminating services ect) but today was really exceptional service. Despite being busy, the employees maintained efficient and effective service. A particular employee Rose really went the extra mile while helping me laminate several various sized legal documents that I’m not well versed in doing with the self-service machine. She stayed the whole time & helped me until I was done. I really appreciated her extra help and wanted to write a review so others know it’s a place with great service. Thank you Rose!!”
“We went "walk in" to get Passport renewed for my daughter, All post offices in Bay Area need Appointment, we had filled online application, he did a great job to complete our process within 10 minutes. Customers/applicants please fill your online application, have photos & copies of documents for expedite the process.Carry debit card, cheque or cash. Hope this helps.BTW for adult applicants who doesn't have appointments, please visit post office on Lawrence & Arques, They allow walk-ins . Thank you.”

“This is by far my favorite USPS location. It's true they have limited hours, as compared to other locations in the area. If you are in a hurry, this is not the post office for you. However, for me it's worth the wait. Even if I find they're unexpectedly closed, I'll simply come back the next scheduled business day. Why? Because, I've always encountered personal, kind, and helpful service-the kind of service you may only experience in a small town setting. It's here -tucked away in an Independence neighborhood. I for one couldn't be happier.”
