“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I was flying home from Kansas City on MLK Day and wanted to mail myself my toiletries that I didn’t want to fly home with because I didn’t feel like checking my bag at the airport. I walked in and was helped within 1 minute, gave the shipping address and my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes! It being so close to the airport was a welcome bonus!”

“I gave 5 stars just for the people. Not for the location. For location i give 0 star. First time i picked up from under ground ware house. There are so many tight caves in here. There are so many ware houses in one enterance. You should be very alert to find your ware house's name. You should be very experienced driver to come here. I don't want to come here again. Scary place for new drivers.”

“I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.”

“This place was so convenient and Emily went above and beyond to assist me and get me altogether. I’m a Travel RN from Florida and needed to ship some boxes and luggage home to Florida as I am without my car. I had 5 boxes, 2 book bags and 5 tote bags. I was even able to weigh and measure my suitcases for the airport. She also kept me from going to 2 other businesses. I didn’t even feel bad about spending the money. It was worth it and I met a really nice lady. She definitely provided exceptional customer service. I’m thankful!”

“I was so nervous about going to the Post Office Because they are always so unpleasant. I was needing to send my wedding invitations and wanted some of them hand cancelled so they wouldn't get messed up and i was so nervous they would be nasty about it. So i picked this one because the reviews were so much better than the other ones throughout KCMO. And boy were they right. Minus them not being open from 1-2 and opening a little after 2, hence the 4 stars, this post worker was so amazing. She was friendly and helpful and prompt and helped me get my invites sent out and complimented my calligraphy which made the process even better! So go out of your way to this location if you need the post office!”

“I was told my package was supposed to arrive Wednesday by ragbag although dhl told me Thursday and it did just arrive Friday but the only thing I will complain about is the fact I never received a email telling me it arrived …. My package could have sat outside and been stolen”
