“I was stuck when I was shipping my tricycle with my truck to Europe for my long trip. I was not physically present at the shipping place and chatGPT selected Crater's & Freighters in Kansas City and it was about 200 miles. Company is specialized in shipping hazardious material.
Melody Kidd from the company responded to my query immidiatly and provided end to end serivce of communicated with the truck dealer, picked up heavy batteries, repacked them, provided needed documentation and finally found the most economical shipping method and actually shipped the batteries. She knew my mind was somewhere else, she did not bother me with the details, we talked just once in the begining and at the end when she shipped the batteries and finally she let me know that batteries are at the destination.
As for the price, she quoted me some amount for picking up the batteries for 400 miles round trip drive and she end up charging me 1/3rd I think. As for shipping I dont know show she managed, just to check her charges I did goto her shipping company and put in the weight and dimension and they were quoting me way more than she charged me.
All in all she provided me excellent service especially when my back was on the wall and I was busy with lot of other work and she did could have charged me much more ...”

“One of the best post offices I have ever been too. People are nice. At the end of the day its still the USPS with all the problems that come with it. But the staff has always been very good to me here and have gone the extra mile to help. People saying they didnt get their boxes scanned in should go in and get a reciept if its that important. All my boxes have been scanned however. As for the lines. Its the post office people ... at least its not the DMV!”

I had a truly excellent experience at the FedEx Shipping Center on Front Street in KCMO, thanks to a representative named Eric B. I came in needing help with shipping a package and wasn’t sure what size box I needed. Eric took the time to personally look for a small box that would work, and he was incredibly patient, polite, and professional throughout the process.
Even when a line of customers came in behind me, Eric never rushed me or made me feel like a burden. He stayed focused on helping me and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out.
