“I was in need of 30" shoe laces and had been searching high and low. I walked into Tradehome and Gregory came to the rescue! He went in the storeroom and rounded up several extra pairs of laces. Not only did he find the length I needed, he traded out the ones I had with the new ones. For no charge. And all with a great attitude and a smile! Kudos to Gregory!”
“I ordered some items that didn't fit and was worried I couldn't return them because I didn't seem to get an email receipt. The store was able to find my order by my phone number and last name and I had no trouble exchanging the items for something that fit. I got a refund for the difference.The hand soap in the bathroom smells kind of like Old Spice. 5 stars.”

Got all 3 of my boys clothes as well and she asks them what wash they like before even picking out jeans. She grabbed the colors and styles and various sizes for me and made the whole process so smooth!
