“This venue is fabulous! Monique is so friendly and professional when I was asking questions about booking the space. Booking and paying was simple. I sent a text to ask questions between our booking and our event and she got back to me right away. The day of the event our tables and chairs were set up as requested. It was a clean blank slate we had the freedom to decorate as we wanted. It was perfect for our small wedding and reception! Several people at our event commented on how great the venue was. Monique came to check on us at the end of our event to make sure everything went well with the space. Locking up was easy. Great experience!”

“I don’t think there are enough positive words to describe our experience at The Delaware! From the moment we walked in for our first tour of the venue, it became very apparent that we had not only found the perfect place to get married, but also the perfect team to help us execute our dreams. First, the space. The Delaware is GORGEOUS and made for the perfect backdrop for our big day! All the staff were so friendly, accommodating and so helpful throughout the entire process and especially during the day of. We were able to begin setting up the night before along with our rehearsal, which took so much stress off us and made for the most amazing wedding day. Every bit of the space has been so thoughtfully designed and executed to flow and function with intention and beauty, and we’ve received so many compliments from our guests on the venue alone! Second, the people. Courtney is hands down, the absolute BEST. After our tour, before booking, we went home and immediately knew we needed her to help us along the way as our day of coordinator. Throughout the planning process so many of our friends, and even our bridal party often asked if we were getting stressed, and the answer was always no. And that’s because we had Courtney helping with so much of the logistics and our vendors, and just generally having our backs every step of the way. Courtney is the sweetest individual, and her team is just top notch! I’ve had not only our bridal party, but also guests who asked who she was and were just so impressed with the work that she did to make our big day perfect. From creating the timeline, helping coordinate all our vendors, general planning to make sure we were on track, day of logistics, and handling any issues that came up along the way – Courtney and her team handled everything. We can’t imagine our big day without her and are truly so thankful for her!”

“I had my bridal shower at Lux Premiere Event Space this summer and it was beautiful! Cheryl was very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure the space was clean, set up, and went smoothly. The space is chic and modern and fit our group of 35 easily. We appreciated having the TVs to display our games and the tables and linens being included in the rental was very nice to have. We decided to add on the bar service and our bartender was very nice and worked hard. I definitely recommend this space!”

“It was such a beautiful venue to use for our special day! I absolutely loved the lights and the vibe tied together really well for our theme. They owners were so amazing to work with and super supportive throughout the whole wedding planning since we booked a month before the wedding! “Very nice accomodating staff. The property is in need of repair. Concrete in parking lot and side walks is cracked and broken. TV channels dont match the channel guide list. Room was nicely laid out but a bit buggy. I killed three 1/2 inch bugs on the wall sneaking out of the fan in the bathroom ceiling, from behind the thermostat on the wall and one on the bedroom floor. The place needs to be bug bombed. Too bad. This place has great potential.”
