Friendly people ,my room was a little dated but very serviceable. A few quibbles not outlet in my bathroom and not much light hard to dry my hair inside .outside in the bedroom there is a full length mirror with a plug nearby. I was in a room with a wheelchair access shower so maybe another room would be different.

Great place some spots of ceilings looks like water damage and paint issues on the walls but that stuff didn't bother us. Also a con is the hot tub is inoperable and so is the pool.

We stayed in a suite and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was by the exit door so it was easy to get in and out. The location was close to two major highways. So easy to get around the city.
