“It was my first time to this business and was a good experience. They were quite busy during my appt time and didn't get my car started till 90 minutes later. They handled themselves well given the volume they were dealing with. I wish they would've given an update on the delay, but I didn't ask either. They were quite kind and respectful and didn't try to over sell me on anything. I had an issue with my tires and they even escorted me to the garage to show me the problem. I've never had a garage do that before and I appreciated it. I left feeling genuinely provided for and not scammed. I already have future appts scheduled for upcoming work and look forward to future business with them. It was money well spent.”

I can’t say enough good things about Trenton and Brad at Rusty Drewing Chevrolet/Cadillac in Jefferson City! Today was a nightmare, my new Escalade’s motor blew up out of nowhere. I got towed in, feeling stressed and frustrated, but these guys went above and beyond on customer service and satisfaction.
Within about an hour of the actual event , they had me set up in a brand-new loaner Cadillac, and I was back on the road while they handle the repairs. No hassle, no excuses, just fast, professional, and genuinely caring service that turned a bad day around completely.
Trenton, service advisor and Brad in sales and Ally a service assistant were incredible: knowledgeable, efficient, and truly committed to making things right. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually prioritizes the customer, especially in a crisis, Rusty Drewing is the place. Highly recommend—I’ll be back for all my future needs!

“I cannot rave enough about Xtreme!! They reconstructed my Black Honda Civic in 2013, and the paint and panels they applied to it outlasted all other panels of the car. I just sold the car in July 2025 and it was still shining!
They just did work on my 2024 Red Mazda CX-50 after a hail storm caused $6,300 in damage. After calling the collision center in Columbia Missouri, which was local for me, and getting attitude from their shop about when they could get my car in, I called Xtreme. They told me to come by that same evening and they would make sure I was taken care of. Kent stayed late the night I brought my car in to ensure I had an estimate as soon as possible. They communicated the entire time my car was in the shop. When I went to pick it up, they worked with me on getting the insurance company to direct the payment to me since the check had not arrived yet and I wanted to pay out of pocket. He also gave me a shirt, key chain, and air fresheners. When I got into my car after he handed me the keys, the inside had been detailed and cleaned and smelled amazing.
I couldn’t have asked for better service and I have peace of mind that they did wonderful work on my car.
Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else!!! This is the only place I will ever bring my car, they will have a customer for life.

“I took my car to Telle Tire & Auto in Jefferson City for a complete diagnostic workup. They sent me the assessment, complete with pictures, showing everything that they found needing repairs or replacement. They helped me both prioritize the work and apply for available financing to pay for it. They called me with daily updates. I just got my car back so I can't yet speak to the repairs themselves, but I am very hopeful that these repairs will reflect the same excellent level of quality as that of the staff.”

“Rod and his shop have been my family’s go-to auto shop for nearly a decade. He’s worked on both my and my wife’s vehicles, handling everything from brakes, oil changes, diagnostic checks, state inspections, tire sensors, transmission repairs, and engine work to even installing the body kit on my Camaro. On top of that, most of the parts he uses come with a lifetime warranty. In my opinion, he’s simply the best in town.”
“We used US Rents-it for our son's wedding. We rented linens, centerpieces and an arch for the wedding ceremony. The staff at the store helped the bride to envision what she wanted the venue to look like and then helped her to create that look. The process was seamless. We ordered and paid for the items ahead of time. They allowed me to pick up the items Thursday afternoon the week of the wedding. I showed up and Steve and one of the staff loaded my car for me. After the wedding, I pulled up and Steve, Janice and a staff member unloaded my car, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. What great service and the process was effortless! I would use US Rents it again when needed. Great job, Janice and Steve!!!”

He could have charged me labor since it wasn't his fault, but he didn't. He earned my business for as long as I live here (and can't do it myself) and I refer anyone I know to him. “Hands down the best place to take your car for service. I bought my car from Rusty and honestly they just take care of you with what they can do in their power. The car business is very hard to make everybody happy. There's increased parts costs, service costs, etc, but I trust them that they do their best to make you have a good experience. When I go in there the people are amazing. The front desk people are fun and easy to talk to. They obviously take the issue seriously, but they somehow make a service visit pleasant. Jerry the service manager is always helpful. They just are a professionally well managed place. I'm not sure how anybody could not give a 5 star review, but if you do I'd first just try and be reasonable and talk to them. Anytime I have a concern or car challenge they are reasonable and go above and beyond. One of my favorite businesses in the Columbia/Jeff City area.”

“I live in St Charles and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to look at their Ram trucks this place had in stock, if you are looking for a Ram truck this is the place to go, the had five time more trucks than any place in the St Louis area. I also found their prices were more competitive than most other dealerships. The people were great to work with and they did not create a stressful experience. I went there with the intention of buying a truck and went home with a new Ram 2500. Really great people to work with. Salesman Robert Pigford, did an excellent job, he was not your typical pushy salesman that you find at other dealership.”

“I've taken cars and trucks of Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Infiniti, Nissan, and Subaru to this location for oil changes. Always a friendly, fast service. Usually twenty minutes to one hour wait depending on the amount of staff and wait line. It's a bit expensive but they do a clean, thorough job that I feel confident in for the next 5k-7000 miles.”
“Well, we have a VW that we were having issues with and they diagnosed it but unfortunately it would have to be programmed and only VW can do that part. Trent spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my husband and I and I only wish they could have been able to do whatever work it needed because he alone made me trust this place. If we are able to get it fixed through VW in Columbia, if we have any other issues we will definitely use this place because of their actions with this vehicle whether they were able to fix it or not. That part with the programming is not their fault at all. Thanks so much Trent for your time invested. We very much appreciated it and even though we weren't able to fix it through your business, I would already highly recommend your business to anyone looking for a reputable place they can trust and unfortunately they are few and far between anymore.
