They handled themselves well given the volume they were dealing with. I wish they would've given an update on the delay, but I didn't ask either. “Well, we have a VW that we were having issues with and they diagnosed it but unfortunately it would have to be programmed and only VW can do that part. Trent spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my husband and I and I only wish they could have been able to do whatever work it needed because he alone made me trust this place. If we are able to get it fixed through VW in Columbia, if we have any other issues we will definitely use this place because of their actions with this vehicle whether they were able to fix it or not. That part with the programming is not their fault at all. Thanks so much Trent for your time invested. “buy here. I blew out of tire on the highway. then I limped it off the road. I called around a few places. and I came back to Big o tires. I was surprised on the tires the price is very good just under 200 bucks for a 10-ply truck tire. I'm not familiar with the brand but I was able to Google the ratings and it came out pretty good 4.2 out of 5. I brought the tire in they put the tire on the rim the old tire took it off had great rubber on the old tire but I hit something on the road. yes I do carry a spare but unfortunately somebody busted my room when they hit my vehicle and I haven't found another one like it. then my truck rides so much better. the tire on the other side and back and don't have it maybe 10,000 mi probably not even that on it. just tired I don't have quite 5 mi on it yet anyway I took it back pretty close to closing time they torque down the lug nuts on it. then they brought all the air up to the level I want it on all four tires only bought one. by the way they were about $50 cheaper than that big blue discount store that we like to shop at for everything. for what I would say would be a rough equivalent tire. then I was priced a Wrangler tire which has a great name they're okay tire. that was at the club where we buy about everything else that we need and you got to buy a membership as a guy named Sam told me one time. same pair trousers but different pant legs. yeah I actually had a conversation with them had no idea who he was at the time I was younger. the trade-off is that yeah there's a lot of big old tire stores around but they're not near as prevalent as the blue discount store so you know if I have a trouble with my tire I may have to drive a little farther to get taken care of. I was In-N-Out in 20 minutes at the Big o. we went to the big blue retailer first and they gave me prices on tired I told my truck was up the road I needed a tire now so I can get home a few hours away. well the manager there was nice and he told me all the prices and he could I can make an appointment for you were double and triple book I can't do it today. I'm on the phone when I talked to two his people they did not know what they 10 ply tire was. they did not know what the word ply meant when it came to a tire. they did not know what LT like truck meant. the manager did and on the other side Town far side town. same big box blue retailer. light truck LT that didn't know what that meant. are there a decent prices and after going through everything and I told him that my tire is blowing out and I need something today. then they tell me they had to order stuff. I'm telling you if I went to Big o I would not spend my whole day. if I went to big old first and but we live and learn. I've done business with them before and been please and another location this one's a franchise. MFA oil company so that way they get their tires pretty good price of the vehicle is probably the owner of this franchise. what else do you want to know I mean call them first go over to them check them out it's get to work down there the only thing I did was buy one tire but I try to explain how pleased I am with big old is they're very good at this location”
