You are greeted by an associate as soon as the door opens; they make you feel like you are a priority and they are VERY knowledgeable. Their attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations!We live in a remote area south of Rolla and I was in town doing some shopping when my iPhone died. Neal helped me with a new battery, screen saver and screen repair. It was very evident that he loves his job and he is very good at it. Wish one could experience this level of customer service and knowledge at more businesses.I would highly recommend this location for any of your battery or repair needs!”

Last visit was to buy spark plugs for my 08 Taurus, they had the parts I needed, the plugs and the intake plenum gasket to replace the intake back atop the engine after accessing the rear bank of plugs. It was quite inexpensive to complete the task, and O'Reilly helped considerably.”
