“I took my almost brand new weed eater I bought from them recently. It was making a knocking sound. When I called, they said since I’d bought it there and it was so new, they’d check it for free. I didn’t bother to put more string in it. They called and left me a message that they could find nothing wrong. They message asked if I wanted them to put string in it. I didn’t get the message until just before they closed, so I popped over to grab it for the weekend. Great! Right? Well, since I didn’t put string in it, they did it for me…without me telling them to- for $1.75 plus a service fee… for putting sting in the weed eater. $23.The service is awesome. They know their stuff and they can repair just about anything, or they will honestly tell you it’s not worth it. I do believe them to be an honest business (and I’ve used their service and buy my equipment from them), but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I know better now, but I just paid $23 for 6 feet of weed trimmer line… when the check was supposed to be free.”

“I finally decided to stop giving my last carrier $200+ a month and make the switch to T-Mobile.I now have the same service for 75% less cost per month!I have to say the customer service is epic! You may have to endure a wait but this crew can get everything transferred over ( even when the other carrier is being difficult) with a few clicks. The store manager herself gets 5 stars from me!So far the service has not let me down which was a concern when traveling in and out of Missouri. So happy I made the switch!”
