“We went into the store initially to get chicken supplies, and I had my three small children with me. Going to any store can be stressful with children, but all of the staff was so wonderful! We ended up getting some baby chicks and Mary was so helpful and patient with my kids. She allowed them to come and look while she was putting new chicks away and was telling them about all the different types and what they were good for. It was so memorable and fun for my kids and such a great experience for all of us as a family. And very budget friendly too! We will for sure be going back in the future!”

“My first time shopping at Jefferson City Kohls was Dec 23, 2023. I had some great deals, so I went back on Dec 24 to do more shopping. The items I bought on Dec 24 were from the 70% clearance section. All went well until I got to checkout. The lady attending to me removed the 70% marked down prices for 2 items and charged me prices higher than displayed on the items. I didn't realize the change in price until I got home. I thought the best thing she could have done was to tell me the 2 items were wrongly priced and then let me know their actual prices and ask me if I still want to purchase them. She didn't do that. I was really disappointed.”
“So I like HOB. But I'll never for get when they first opened they sold me a bogus phone that was completely unusable. And it was a premium item. I was told I could return with any problem. That same day just a few hours after I purchased it. I called spoke to the owner or daughter of the ones who used to own it. She told me that I was SOL. I had to eat to eat the cost. $110. . ///to HOB owner who responded to this review. 1. The phone was not factory sealed. And 2. i called and went down. Both times I was told there was nothing that could be done. This was after the young lady at the register told me if it didnt work i could return it. I never received a refund or an offer. I was told and i quote " im sorry that the phone doesn't work its not our intention to sell non working things. I would never like to tell a customer sorry you have to eat the cost but.... We are unable to refund your purchase." That is word for word give or take a few words what was said to by the owner/ daughter of owner till unclear. Every business has to take the good with the bad. Own up to it. Dont pass some fake propaganda info to avoid negative feedback. Now ill be more then glad to work with you to resolve this and guarentee a revised review about how w business stepped up and fix something. Thats positive.”
“What a nice store with very helpful, dedicated worker bees. Stacia manned a register by herself wit a long line of remarkably supportive customers. We also saved around three hundred dollars. The store was also very clean and very neat.”

“I can't say enough good things about Walmart! I buy ALL my toilet paper from this store because they sell a brand in 4-packs that is their cheapest, costing at one time less than a $1.00 a 4-pack, now it is around $1.00 a 4-pack. Occasionally upon trips to Walmart i may simply grab a few 4-packs of this their only toilet paper i buy and currently i have SO MUCH toilet paper at my house i can go easily a year without buying anymore! If only i could save actual money like that and to be honest it very much is about saving money when visiting a Walmart store because they carry SO many needed items for your home and offer SO many needed services ALL IN ONE PLACE!!!”
“I was purchasing items for school and had over 300 items in several carts. The cashier (Megan) was so pleasant and cheerful throughout checkout. Honestly my group was dreading checkout because we figured the cashier would not be thrilled. Thank you Jefferson City Target for hiring cashiers who love what they do! I will make the drive from the lake more often!”

“The store was busy as it's one week before Christmas but staff was stalking & staff at the registers were friendly & working steadily! I looked at the clock as I got into the long line to checkout was 6 minutes.I just came from Ross & the wait was about 30 minutes. There was helpful staff there also just a much longer wait”
