“I love this store! The meat department alone is worth the trip. If they don't have it, ask. The sausages and brats they do in house are the best! Their deli is very good. They have the best fried chicken in Jefferson City, bar none! The jalepeno poppers at the meat counter are well worth it! The store is great and the staff are super helpful.”
“Great dollar general. Stop here unexpectedly on the way to the ozarks. The cleanest, fullest, organized DG I’ve ever seen. Everything didn’t look like a tornado went through it. Great job. Made a second stop on the way back at this one in particular abuse we liked it.”

“This place is a bit of a hidden gem. It's a bit more pricey in general but they have things you can't find anywhere else. Particularly helpful if you're dieting. Also, they have an exceptional supplements aisle. For folks that actually know what supplement they want, not just buying a commercialized product, this has better selection than local drug stores. For example, this is the only place local that you can buy pure powdered glycine. Nobody else has it.”
“The self checkout is not as good as walmarts. We waited for a cashier which seemed like too long. Prices are higher than walmart, only went here because of location.”
“First time visiting this place today had a 9:00 a.m. I got started 8:15 got a dock and docked in 10 upon arrival. Pleasant experience in and out,load had so I had a Lumper fee but that's expected even with shifted load it was still quicker than any DC's. They can learn something from this place. I would deliver there anytime”

“I really enjoy how convenient it is to pop into one of these stores when I need to grab a few household essentials quickly. The prices are usually fantastic, and it is honestly so much easier than navigating a massive grocery store just for a couple of items. I do find the aisles can get a bit crowded with boxes sometimes, but it is a small trade-off for the value and the fact that I can almost always find one nearby.”

“I called ahead to verify the item was there. Staff quickly located and set the item aside for my arrival. I didn't get out of my vehicle because service was so fast. Someone brought it straight out to me.”

“Currently life has me in a predicament that I have to gauge more carefully and budget more carefully my money and utilize coupons and digital coupons and whatnot. Tonight I was a Dollar general in St Martin's and a young man named Tristan was ever so patient with me. I had to do all sorts of digital couponing and putting stuff back and then I had to come out to my car and get my debit card so I can get cash back and Tristan had a smile on his face the entire time. I was so grateful that such a kind young man was willing to help me maneuver coupons and digital coupons and it just meant the world to me. Thank you Tristan!”
“This is a good Walmart location the only issue that I’m having is grocery substitutions when I place grocery delivery’s which is what we have done most of the and I don’t know if this particular location has issues with not being able to keep enough groceries on hand to meet the demand or if it’s something else because for the past several months a lot of the groceries that is ordered from this location is either substituted with something else that we don’t need or want particularly or just isn’t available and if the issue is not being able to keep enough grocery’s in stock then that needs to be improved because we are not exactly happy with not being able to get the exact groceries that we need.”

“Among the good grocery stores around. For coffee lovers, Starbucks is on point. Their deli won't let you down. I bought the chocolate chip desert bread, mouth melting for sure. You can't get enough of it.”
“I placed an order online with the floral department at the HyVee store in Jefferson City, Missouri. I chose the Florist Choice. I called to double check and what the floral designers made was out of the park fantastic! I am from Kansas City and wanted to send something to our aunt in the hospital but wanted something that was extra special to show our love. The arrangement that was made did just that! I cannot thank them enough for making my aunt feel so special with the beautiful flowers!!!! Hands down will order from HyVee Floral again!!!”

“The man in the pharmacy was super helpful and super sweet it was 6:45 15 minutes before they closed well I had a issue with my prescription so he took the time to call my doctor and get everything right and filled my medication before they closed well..!! Definitely awesome staff”

“Aldi has been popular for years and jefferson city now has a bigger store and great shopping experiences. Yes you still need a quarter to rent a cart, but when you return it you get your quarter back. Several people now as a help to others offer up there cart for free.”
