“Well done Haily in the framing department!I’m a military guy… I grew up in Eldon Missouri… I’m trained to live anywhere in the world. and have, but I always knew I was coming back to Missouri because—not Only my parents are still here—but because of the friendliness and quality of people that we have here compared to everywhere else I’ve lived.I was reminded of that a couple days ago at the Hobby lobby store in Jefferson City, Missouri Haily “rocked” it!I had an old Hobby Lobby, framed family photo and I had a new family photo. It had been professionally done by Hobby Lobby past, and I needed to update the photo Although I could’ve done it, I thought I would have Hobby Lobby redo it, so it would be all closed up nicely again.Haily did it on the spot! Even though I taunted her with “finding some money on the floor”… because I’ve learned before they cannot accept tips…she insisted no tip!This store Is definitely doing something correctly because a former employee there, Miranda, was the same way. She insisted on no tip. I tried to give the store manager lunch money for Miranda one time and NOPE!!Miranda is no longer there, but Haily is and she is amazing. Clearly the store has hired some great team members and they’ve trained them well. The store needs to be known for that!
