“Decent prices, smiling and helpful faces, and everything you'll ever need to get your car parts and more! And get this!.....if they don't have something you need, they can order it! (Mostly car parts that is.) Definitely my go-to for all things automotive!!!!Oh and another plus *for the women who feel like a monkey in a museum everytime we walk into an automotive store.... these people don't make you feel this way! They actually make you feel welcome, equal, and are very helpful and polite to help anyone out with anything they don't know or understand. They even provide a couple services including my favorite, they lend out "bigger" tools for bigger jobs!I wouldn't recommend anywhere else after the very 1st time I shopped here. Never went anywhere else since!”
“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“Service EXCELLENCE! Ladies (& Gents) when you want top-notch service, and a better understanding of what’s needed for your vehicle, check out TRACI. She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!”

“Easy in and out of the rock road. Plenty of parking and the staff are very helpful and polite. There are plenty of autopart stores in the area, but this one is top-notch service. Todd and the crew will help you find what you need or get it ordered if they can't locate one for you. It's definitely worth a stop when parts are needed.”

“The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!”
