It's very easy to get in and get out, I go inside and they know me by name which is unusual for most banks nowadays. The service is always very simple, friendly and most of all always accurate.”

One time to get a cashier's check. My service was quick and courteous. The next when the ATM ate my card. I had a new card 20 minutes later. Just my experiences, but I highly recommend.”
“Vahida is a top quality branch assistant manager. She very patiently helped me work through a very tricky billpay/bill-direct & ebills issue: I was slightly frustrated with (not StlCCU but) BOA card, when I was able to sit down with Vahida. I had spent by then over 10 hours in 8 or 9 calls on the phone to my BOA credit card, all in trying to simply set up monthly statement ballance payments from my STLCCU account. She discovered an old address discrepency that was definitely helpful in the resolving process.Later another day I stoped by and was able to sit with her when I was close to the end of then 12 to 13 in total added hours on the phone with BOA! Fortunately she was a voice of sanity in helping me clarify banking terms when I kept getting differing definitions by BOA's customer service reps with every call.”

“Visited this location to deposit a check and the young lady that helped me was absolutely GREAT! Very helpful and I even received a free water! I am a 76 year old retired postal worker that worked in IT in that building. I had not been down there since the pandemic in 2019. I was so happy to find that the service is still great and again the young lady that helped me should get 10 stars! She's the BEST!”

“When I first went in to open my checking account. Now I had my work check to cash which this credit union is where my check came from. I get in line this cashier tell me that he can’t cash my check I’m like but this is where my check came from so you can cash it but I wanted a a checking and saving account. Which he kept telling me that he could not cash it. So I go and sign my name to wait to talk to someone because it didn’t make since to me. So after all that bad info I talked to a really nice lady and she help me do what I needed done.and Forreal everyone that work in the credit union on Lindbergh are very nice that dude was the only one that tried to piss me off he was very nasty to me his attitude he do not need to work with people.So whenever I have to go in the credit union I avoid him because I don’t want to show my butt when he say the wrong thing or his nasty attitude.Like women should be seen and not heard especially a black woman like I shouldn’t have no rights.i asked for a pen he threw it at me. I tell him to give me back all me info and my check back. I’m not spending my money with a disrespectful hmmm fill in the blank cause come at me wrong I’m coming back just as mean.”
