“Nicole and Yvonne are absolute angels. I showed up to my previously-reserved unit and it was a parking spot (!)- obviously my mistake, but Nicole totally took care of me and helped find what I needed and rebook it at another nearby location. She stayed on the phone with me while I got to the new location, through the gate, and even helped me locate the unit using the online map. Nicole saved me again when I had to call back to reserve an additional unit (sooo much stuff). Yvonne was similarly amazing when I called back with more questions. Seriously, my guardian angels that day. I won't use another service...unless Nicole or Yvonne leave... Thank you, ladies!”

“I love my experience with this store.I liked that my storage unit was very clean and I also appreciated and liked that the up keep of the property bulding was in good shape and not falling apart like some other storage facilities I have rented from. I was given excellent service from worker Stephanie who though she was having a busy day upon my arrival she still went out of her way to still fit me into the schedule to show me a unit available and even with it being so close to the store closing that day. Ms. Stephanie has a beautiful spirit, personality and gave excellent customer service. “We rented a unit for my stepson for college, and I've rented at other places in the area but this is so far these are the cleanest without a doubt when my son and I came in Lavonne new everything I asked about very informal about the insurance and the pricing I couldn't get my code to work she helped me on that as well went outside in the rain and took us to our unit she was the best by far I've dealt with I'm glad she definitely knew her stuff thanks again I would give six stars if y'all would let me.”

“Amy Davis is amazing she recognized the stress that had already occurred upon my arrival. I moved from another state and my team was exhausted. She reopened the store as she was leaving researched my unit and it was not the one to meet my needs. She took the time to find one that would better fit my needs. She was a very calm and welcoming professional. She took us on a mini tour providing details how to enter the building to access my unit. The best customer service experience coming to a new city.
