“I reserved this storage unit at this location online which was quick and easy. When I went to the storage unit I was greeted by Tiffany she was at front desk and had my lock, keys and unit ready. I was on the second floor which I was nervous because I had a lot items to store but she took me on a tour and showed me the elevators also where the carts are stored. I was really relieved after that Tiffany was helpful I really appreciated her!”

“The ES facility at 4959 Manchester is exceptional for n terms of prices and service. I just rented a second space short term and saw the impact ovenents in terms of brand new mandatory tamper-proof locks and great prices on high quality packing materials such as boxes. Terry in the office is a veteran of the storage business and is very knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful. Highly recommend for your storage needs!”

“From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for Simple Moves. Getting a bid and scheduling the move was both easy and competitive. The moving crew arrived on time and were amazing. For context, we were moving stuff from four different floors into a storage unit. The basement was heavy tools, the attic huge handmade wooden toys, furniture and boxes on the 1st and 2nd floors. The crew worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully as they traversed steps and steps and steps. They took great care of our stuff, played a good game of Tetris getting everything in the storage room, and even finished 45 min before the estimated time. And now the hardest (most emotional) part of the move is completed and I’m a fan of Simple Moves.Thank you!”

“My experience at life storage specifically the one on South Vandeventer. Where Shell and Danielle work at those ladies deserve a raise on top of a raise. They handle business. The location was clean. It smelled good and it was a whole lot of professionalism taking place in there.
