She took detailed measurements of my foot and watched me walk to ensure I had the best fit. To say it was a customer-focused experience wouldn't give Chelsea all the credit she deserves! She went above and beyond to ensure I left the Running Niche with best shoes for my feet and not only did I feel that way, I also felt like I got world class service.”

“To make a long story short, Mick has given me, i believe, a really insightful evaluation and key points that I can improve on. I'm extremely analytical and have had a lot of great coaches through my sports life so it's hard to impress me in that regard, Mick is my new go-to guy for the swing.
Kevin and others went so far and above the "taking orders and using the cash register" that I usually see in any retail shop. I've gotten seriously great equipment insights and service without a "sales pitch." I've been in sales my whole life, and was raised by a salesman so I am very kean on this regard.
These guys are legit. I believe I am getting honesty and top notch service from these guys. My new go-to for all things golf and my only recommendation to anyone I encounter from here on out.
Whoever is in charge, manager or owner, please read this and use these guys as an example as you bring in and train new people.

“I cannot say enough good things about OMG and Coach Yama! Our daughter has taken about a dozen private lessons with him and her skills have exponentially improved. Coach Yama is so patient and really makes sure the players have correct form and technique. It’s more than a typical soccer practice - he covers strength, speed, agility, precision and performance. Our daughter wasn’t able to play competitively for several months due to medical reasons so we originally planned on taking lessons as an outlet for her love of the game but we’ve continued with the lessons even now that she’s able to play competitively again because we’ve seen so much improvement and she loves it!”

“We used classic carpentry when we completely redid our kitchen 3 years ago. Jim was very professional, timely and the craftsmanship is awesome. We absolutely love our new kitchen, the cabinets they built are classic and timeless. Jim took my dreams and ideas and was able to make them come true. I especially love the 2 sided bar they built for us. One side is countertop height in the kitchen and the other side is bar height, they used gorgeous seeded glass in the doors so we could show off our platters and wine glasses. Still, 3 years later, everyone who comes to our house complements our kitchen... Especially the cabinets!”

“Coaches and admin at my school love the staff at SportsTeamsUS! They have amazing customer service. On multiple occasions they've reached out after an order to confirm specific details - suggested a bow color that matched uniforms better than the one I picked out, made suggestions on how to change font for a better fit etc. They've sent pictures of products to confirm we loved it before continuing. They are so easy to work with and are super friendly. The quality of the products we've received has also been wonderful (cheer uniforms, bows, pom poms, and track suits).”
