Dan called me back -- I scheduled a day/time and he sent a mobile detailing van and crew to my house. When they arrived, the crew were extremely professional, thorough and fast! “I went to the location on 89th Troost. The first time going into the establishment I was nervous and not for sure if I was doing the right thing. Jay made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Im very particular about who works on my jeep. Jay's customer service skills allowed me to calm down and enable me to trust and believe they was able to do the job. When Jay wasn't available, he provided a contact by the name of Adam, whom also did a great job. What impressed me was the follow-up call to see if I was satisfied with their work. This was impressive because I didn't just feel like a number or they got my money and it's done. It showed me they also appreciated my business . I also appreciated how quick the whole process went. I needed my jeep quickly due to important obligations. Maaco did an wonderful job and Lady Sasha looks great. They matched my hood perfectly. I would most definitely recommend them and use them again.”
