“Had an awesome dinner with the family and friends. Food was bomb! I will be back. Our kid never likes new places but loved the burger and fries. Smoking old fashion was pretty cool as well! She said best burger ever! I will also be back for their take and bake dishes!

“Seriously good cuts of meat and fresh and dried sausages. In addition to the meats, there’s also a selected assortment of imported European and locally made cheese. Very nice. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, of course. There is also some locally made baked goods, sustainably raised grains and other staples, and prepared side dishes in the refrigerated case. This butcher shop is definitely a gem.”
“The vast amount of cuts, seasoned meats, and varieties of condiments, cheeses, and neat add-ons is just nothing short of fantastic. Everything is well worth it's price, and if you can, sign up for the boxes. Helluva deal, and it'll get ya outta your normal and into new dinners and ideas. “This is an unusually good space in a relaxed part of town with a butcher who can make some old world product. I would visit here most any days they are open to stock a pantry, and then I'd ask for some special orders.”

“All I gotta say is this place is absolutely worth the hype it gets online. Everything we tried was insanely good and the portions were massive. Kinda sad it took me so long to try it.
We got the garlic cheese curds, truffle fries, jalapeno poppers, jalapeno popper burger, and steak sandwich. All items were 10/10 no notes”
