Dugan's Coin Laundry is a clean, well-kept, and easy-going laundromat in North Kansas City. The place is neat and shining brightly with functional machines. It is a good, cheap option for any kind of load, offering different machine sizes and prices, and has machines to exchange dollars for coins. The owners are very nice, friendly people who care about their business and ensure customers get the best results. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and helpful with any questions. They provide drop-off service with a fair price and great work, returning laundry neatly folded, on hangers, and smelling very nice within 24 hours, without requiring advance payment. While there may be a language or cultural barrier, this does not detract from the quality service. Many customers have had a great experience and happily patronize the business, preferring it over other local options.
My dryer broke. They don't allow me to spend money at their laundromat just to dry. Go somewhere else.

Please listen to all the bad reviews. This place is dirty and the staff will stare at you and make you uncomfortable, I would never come back here again.
