“I had to go here because metro pcs phone tech support wasn't going anywhere and kept pushing me to a chat line that kept giving me bad info and no real person for a broken phone. Not only did (Miss Luz <-100 Stars) pull her own phone out and called and jump threw impenetrable hurdles she was able to after 15 mins get a real person on the phone. It took another 20+ mins to complete the insurance claim and have the new phone shipped out.

I returned to again and thank the all high (Miss Luz) was in and she worked magic to get my new phone online with an actual real person who she forced to get there supervisor to complete the transaction and get my new phone online.

“This store usually seems to be pretty clean and reasonably well run. It does seem to be in an area which isn't quite as nice as most, and I have seen it a little on the messier side.

What can I say, it is a big box general store and a national chain not a local option. But, they seem to be generally a good cut above the big box store competition.

They have clothes, electronics, house goods, board games, school and office supplies, baby stuff, some furniture, and probably most other things you could think of.

Service usually seems friendly if busy.

Parking is usually plenty open.”

“Worked with Joshua across two days to get my wife an upgrade from an old iPhone on a grandfathered carrier to one from the latest-generation. He was great, no surprise fees as he was transparent about everything. Didn't give any qualms when we asked him to reapply the screen protector (first time had a small bubble leftover). Would like to work with him again if need be. Everyone else was also helpful in the store.”

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. “I work as a care taker and brought in one of my clients to see about getting a government free phone and service. Shavaya was our sales person and he was just so helpful with my client. He recognized someone in need and immediately showed he got the gravity of her need. He took it upon himself to help my client apply and qualify for the government phone and service. He set everything up for her and made her day. This man needs a raise and praise for being an outstanding employee. I almost came back and offered to recommend him for a job at my company as a care taker! He is truly a jewel!!”

“I cannot praise Litsy enough for her care and amazing customer service, not only to me but to the 6 other customers that walked in while I was there this evening. She was the only one working and handled everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Some people were kind to her and others not so much, but regardless, she treated them with respect and made them feel like a priority. After being there for a bit due to a technical issue with my previous provider, I watched as Litsy communicated in 4 different languages to meet her customers needs, from paying a phone bill to purchasing a phone as a gift for a family member in another country. Not only was I impressed, but despite some very difficult situations she was dealing with, she kept a positive and professional attitude with EVERYONE, Even the not so nice customers! Her ability to multitask, speak different languages and use translators, sell products, problem solve, and just be a genuinely nice person will make me return to this store and recommend others, without a doubt!
