I feel the need to follow up on my initial review. I was livid that day. The COO of the company called me and personally apologized for our poor experience. She accepted responsibility for the multiple failures pertaining to our initial appointment. She asked if we would be interested in an opportunity to try again through a TEAMS meeting. She was very polite and really seemed to take my concerns seriously. She assured me they had already been working on corrective measures. We had our initial meeting with Vince and Kayden. Vince was very personable and knowledgeable. We are hoping we made the right decision by giving them a second chance, and am hopeful things go well in the future.

Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Took the day off of work, and drove 2 hours for the consultation. We were told the advisor did not make it in and we would have to reschedule. We received no phone call letting us know our appointment at 10:30 was cancelled. Not impressed.”

“We called to make an appointment to get some information switched over and to order a few cards and checkbooks. This isn't normally the kind of place that I leave reviews for, but for what we needed we had a good experience here. The only issue was that I had a meeting at noon, we got there at 11:00 and they weren't ready for us. We ended up getting things taken care of before my meeting but it was scary! The secretary was very nice and the banker giving us info knew his stuff!”

“We appreciate the professionalism and the care about the customer that this agency provides. When asked to see someone, staff are always amenable.
In addition, with the changes that have occurred with this agency over the years, our appreciation of how we are treated has never changed. We receive both financial planning and tax preparation.
One concern however, is that my husband was disappointed he was not offered a military discount regarding tax preparation.”
