Poor Communication. Felt intimidated, lost and ignored over several years. Moved funds where I feel very comfortable and it would be easier for my children to understand.

This is brokerage unit of Schwab, and not Schwab Bank. They can't assist with transactions or customer service related to SB. Too bad Schwab customer service did not tell me that when I called.
