Lexi and Ethan have especially been incredibly helpful to me in many different ways and services. Both are OUTSTANDING!! I must especially compliment Lexi for a huge shipment of music I had to ship….she helped me carry all the heavy boxes, suggested the best ways to handle all of it, and did a fabulous job — MOST impressive indeed! Please value the fine young people who work at “my” UPS — they are incredible, and indeed the reason why this UPS is The Best!!!”

I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me.
