Can't remember names but the guy with the white beard the a great guy and will explain anything you need or want to know. Very patient even with a noobie like me.

When I got there, the staff realized it was mispriced an honest mistake but they still honored the listed price at a loss to them . “We drove here 2.5 hours to buy a ps4, they showed us that it worked on a tv and allowed us to buy an extra $15 plan. Turns out the controller didn't charge when we got home which i don't blame them because i know i didn't think about it! So i called them and they said they would make it right so we made our trip back here and they replaced the controller no questions asked and made sure this one charged and it looks and feels bramd new!
