I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.”
“I visited here to have a few copies made. I was waited on quickly, however, the employee asked if he could also help another woman standing in the area. She was returning an item, she said, but acknowledged I was there first. I told her & the employee I was in no hurry and she could be helped before me. She thanked me when she left & the employee made my copies. As I started to pay, he said since I waited, he wouldn't charge me for my copies. I believe the moral to my story, is if one is nice & thoughtful, it reaps rewards!”

Or so I thought. 3 days later I received an email from Debbie at Hammerpress to confirm I wanted last years poster and not the new one. The fact that she took the time to double check shows the quality of their service and attention to detail. Luckily she was able to fix my order and ship out the new poster. “I came to this Office Depot after doing some research on printers and finding this location carried what I needed. I got to the store and the printer I needed wasn’t out on display. I found a very nice lady, Jan, and she assured me the printer was in the back. About 2 minutes later she reappeared with the printer and suggested I get another thing of toner since this one will run out quickly. She was not only extremely helpful but was so nice as well and genuinely made me feel important, even if it was just a purchase for a printer. Because of her, I will be returning to this location.”
“No need to park far away, this location has a 15-min. parking space right in front and if you need a cart they will loan you one. Luke gave us first class service, measuring my items and finding the exact box size needed for each, then adjusting the edges to fit everything perfectly, and providing bubble wrap to keep everything from shifting inside. Highly recommend.”
